PuropsePath Capital, LLC (“PurposePath”) is a State of Missouri registered investment adviser located in Quincy, Illinois. PurposePath has followed the current registration and/or notice filing requirements imposed upon registered investment advisers by those states in which PurposePath maintains clients. PurposePath may only transact business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registered requirements. A copy of PurposePath’s current disclosure statement (Form ADV Part 1) containing PurposePath’s business operations, services, and fees, is available by accessing the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website. PurposePath will provide Form ADV Part 2A (Firm Brochure) and 2B (Brochure Supplement) to interested parties upon request.
